How do I create an estimate?

Open a job, tap "Create Estimate", add line items with descriptions and prices, then tap "Generate PDF" to create a professional estimate.

How do I sync with my calendar?

Go to Settings → Calendar Sync, enable the feature, and select which calendar to sync your jobs to. All scheduled jobs will automatically appear in your calendar.

Can I customize my invoice design?

Yes! Go to Settings → Document Design to add your company logo, customize colors, and set up your business information that appears on estimates and invoices.

How do I track payments?

When viewing a job with an invoice, tap "Record Payment" to mark partial or full payments. The app tracks outstanding balances automatically.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Your information is stored securely and is never shared with third parties without your consent.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at support@jobpocket.app to request account deletion. We will process your request and remove all your data from our servers.
